Erklärung der hier gebräuchlichen Abkürzungen in Englisch: The abbreviations used in the Applied tariffs section have the following meaning: 1) Most Favoured Nation (MFN): this is the duty applied under WTO conditions prohibiting any discrimination of trading partners except for tariff preferences granted under Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) or autonomous preferential regimes such as the GSP. 2) Generalised System of Preferences (GSP): this is the preferential duty applied to developing countries as defined under each individual country's autonomous scheme of preferences. Therefore the list of countries eligible for GSP treatment varies with individual scheme. 3) Least Developed Countries (LDCs): developing countries to which specific additional preferences may be applicable under the GSP. Please consult the list of countries in the attachment for indicative purposes. 4) EU: this is the preferential duty applied for EU originating products under the rules set out in a bilateral free Trade Agreement. 5) CB: in the context of automotive products this stands for "completely built". If it refers to a specific tax or duty it is explained in the explanatory notes which you can access by simply clicking on the notepad located at the bottom of the result screen. 6) CKD: in the context of automotive products this stands for "completely knocked down".
